How Our Zanesville Nutrition Coaching Works
We run our coaching in 3-month cycles, starting on every quarter of the year (January, April, July, October). You start by setting goals, and taking a few measurements. Then you get a general overview of how to track your food intake, and what to track. From there, its a slow buildup to what will eventually become a normal day of eating for you. Kendell will check in daily, holding you accountable to your goals and providing guidance on the next step and answering any questions you have, ensuring steady progress and long-term success.
